Shipping and Delivery

When we receive your order you will be notified via email. All orders received will be processed for delivery within 24 to 48 hours, providing we have no issue with processing the order. If we encounter an issue we will contact you via email outlining the problem and if necessary, we may request for further information.


Orders received on a public holiday or during the weekend will be processed the following business day. 


When your payment details have been approved and your order has been processed for shipment you will be notified via email and provided with a tracking number so you can check the status of your order online.


It is not possible to select a date or time of delivery, therefore you should provide an address where someone will be able to receive your parcel. The couriers will make two attempts to deliver your parcel to your door. If both attempts fail, then it will be the customer’s responsibility to contact the courier to make necessary arrangements for pick up.


Please note we do not deliver to P.O Boxes.

Taxes and Duties

VAT is included in destinations within the EU.


All international shipping costs excluding EU do not include custom duties, import taxes or fees that maybe required upon receipt of items. Payment of custom duties, import taxes or fees, if any, is the customer's responsibility. If a cost has been levied on items purchased then the customer will be required to pay the courier the CASH amount upon receipt of goods.


Please Note: We are dealing with over 200 countries and all customs policies and regulations vary from country to country, so it’s impossible to know which countries will charge import taxes, custom duties or fees. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they might be. We recommend that you contact your local customs office either via internet or by phone prior to ordering so you are well informed if costs will apply.

Savings on delivery

The cost of shipment will depend on the weight, size and destination. You will be able to see the cost of your parcel at checkout prior to entering your details and finalising payment.


Please note all our products are insured at no extra cost to the customer.


We at Made in Italy Accessories know how important it is for our customers to save money where possible. So why not place an order with a friend or family member that way all items can be shipped in one parcel and you both share the shipping cost. For example you might want to order a handbag and your friend may want to order the same or other accessories. Instead of paying two shipping amounts (separate orders) why not place one order and then divide the amount accordingly? Please refer to the section on taxes and duties prior to ordering. Please note if you choose to share the shipping costs all items must be paid with one credit card and shipped to the nominated address.
