Returns Policy Terms and Conditions
Terms and conditions of return
- Please check your order as soon as you receive your delivery.
- Once you have checked your order and you wish to return the product please notify us within 24 hours via email: firstname.lastname@example.org outlining the reason why you are not satisfied with the product.
- We will then respond to your request and forward all the necessary details on the process that will be required in returning the product. Items must be received within 10 working days of receipt of goods.
- All returned items must be in the condition it was received with all tags attached and in its original packaging.
- Shipping charges will be the responsibility of the customer. We recommend that all returns shipped to Italian Accessories Srl have a tracking method and insurance cover. The package will remain the customer’s responsibility until it arrives at Italian Accessories Srl. We will not be responsible for any damages or lost packages. Please note taxes and duties may apply.
- We do not accept any return products that have been damaged or used. This means we will not accept items that have any signs of wear and tear, been misused, improper or inadequate care or damage caused by an incorrect attempt at modification or repair. -Italian Accessories Srl reserves the right to refuse returned items that do not meet our requirements and do not comply with our term and conditions of return. In the unlikely event that this should occur, the items will be shipped back to the customer at their own expense.
Timeframe for refund
When Italian Accessories Srl receives the returned product, we will check and verify that all necessary requirements have been met as per our Term and Condition of return. The customer will then receive an email confirming that the return has been accepted and the amount of the returned product excluding shipping charges will be reimbursed.
When approved we will process the refund as per your original payment method. Unfortunately we have no control over the financial institution. The estimated time frame is approx. 5-10 working days of receipt of goods.
